Our Story

Owner Margaret Chen opened Bell Bloom after getting tired of buying flowers that didn’t feel personal. She wanted to create a place where arrangements reflected real relationships, not marketing angles. Twelve years later, we’re still doing exactly that—one bouquet at a time.
